Approached via electronic security gates and immaculate gardens the apartment has a dedicated secure parking space with extra visitor spaces available.Internally the apartment boasts all modern conveniences expected of such a prestigious building. There is a spacious double bedroom with en suite a further bedroom with a small double bed and a family bathroom with bath and shower. The lounge and kitchen provide exceptional views across the bay.
