Gayton Hall is a fine Georgian house which was bought by the 4th Earl of Romney in 1880 as part of a sporting estate and since then has been lived in by the Marsham family, the 8th Earl and Countess being the current owners. The gardens are a pleasure to walk around at any time of the year. Besides its beautiful gardens, Gayton Hall offers a tennis court and outdoor swimming pool. The village of Gayton is within walking distance and provides two public houses, shops and a garage. The Stable Flat is a detached property standing on the edge of the yard of Gayton Hall.

Gayton Hall is set in farmed parkland and has 20 acres of outstanding woodland water gardens in Norfolk, close to King’s Lynn.

The Stable Flat
Ground floor with spacious entrance hall. A set of stairs leads up to the stable flat. The property consists of a compact sitting/dining room with TV and video/DVD Player. There is a wood burning stove (logs are provided). A separate kitchen is equipped with a dishwasher, electric oven and hob, microwave and fridge with small freezer section.

The small double bedroom has an en suite bathroom. Additionally there is a twin bedroom and separate bathroom and also the third bedroom, being either a single bedroom for one adult or a twin bedroom for two children.

Outside, adjacent to the front entrance is a games room with table tennis and dartboard. Residents of the Stable Flat have a dedicated sitting out area close to the kitchen garden area. Gayton Hall also offers a tennis court and heated outdoor swimming pool and both these facilities are shared with the owner. Clients will have total access to the 20 acres of gardens during their occupancy. Gayton Hall is a member of the National Gardens Scheme and therefore paying members of the public do from time to time come to visit Gayton Hall and its gardens.
