The Avondale is conveniently situated in the heart of Seaford within walking distance of the wide beaches, excellent sports facilities, restaurants, shops, churches and museums. we have a large dining room which is available for functions. The room can comfortably seat 25 at one table or 35 at separate tables for a formal dinner, or 50 for a buffet. We also have a guest lounge and patio area for coffee mornings and afternoon teas.

The hotel has fourteen letting rooms, a mixture of single, double, twin and family rooms and there is a stair lift to all floors. Most of the rooms have en-suite shower and toilet and all rooms have a hand basin. All of the rooms have remote controlled teletext colour TV, tea and coffee facilities, free wireless internet access and complimentary tolietries.

Sunday lunches are available by pre-booking.
