Relax in our 18th Century Listed Norfolk Farmhouse set in tranquil mature gardens surrounded by farmland. This quiet village location is an ideal base to explore the Broads, North Norfolk Coast and Norwich.

AA Five Diamond Premier Collection Award. Comfortable Accommodation, all the bedrooms are en-suite, one has a Four-poster bed. Large guest lounge with log fire in winter. The Farmhouse Dining room has all the character you would expect with beams, inglenook fireplace & large dresser. Sit at your own table to enjoy our excellent breakfasts (and evening meals). Choose from a full Norfolk breakfast based around the prize-winning Groveland farm sausages & bacon with eggs from the village, or a home-made toasted muffin topped with cheese and bacon or our popular breakfast fruit platter with a steaming bowl of porridge.
