The Falcon's Nest is situated in the centre of Port Erin, on the south-west coast of the Isle of Man. The restaurant and bar conservatories overlook a beautiful, sheltered, sandy harbour beach. This hotel is ideal for families, walking groups, golfers, railway enthusiasts and for the business traveller, being only 10 minutes from the airport and 30 minutes from Douglas. The hotel is perhaps best known for its cuisine and has an a la carte restaurant, carvery and function suite. Meals and snacks are available in the 2 public bars, serving real ales and an extensive range of whiskies. The Falcon's Nest Hotel is a 'Free House' and serves a wide variety of beers and a selection from the local breweries. The hotel is a recognised member of CAMRA. The resident lounge bar, also open to the public, is in true tradition of the public house - relax in front of the open fire, enjoy the magnificent views across the bay and headland, whilst sampling the real ales. The hotel has long been a local meeting place and 'Ophidian's Lair' saloon bar and its pool table and jukebox provides a lively and convivial atmosphere. Live sports via satellite are shown in this bar. The restaurant overlooks Port Erin Bay with a magnificent view of the sea. The hotel provides the best of traditional English cuisine, including many local seafood delicacies.
