Terrible will some up the whole experience of this hotel. we reserved a number of rooms for our wedding and from start to finish 6 months down the line the treatment from staff and manager was appalling. it has ended up with one of our guest being charged for 2 rooms we went in and cancelled the week before and they are refusing to pay him back to money they have stolen from him. On calling they cut you off they cant change name on the booking system they cant book rooms correctly and when the guests arrive there they tried to send them to a different hotel as they had double booked? The manager is very rude and i am still waiting for a return call 6 months after calling him we are now in the process of taking them to a small claims court to obtain our guests money back. As you will see from other reviews the hotel is very grim once you are there.
