County Durham Reports

Trimdon, County Durham

Review of Trimdon by jean on July 13th, 2012
trimdon village co durham Interesting to read Brian MCKEOWNS report on Trimdon i live in same street as his mam and dad and was bridesmaid when he was a best man to Norman Sadler one of his mates.I have lived in Trimdon most of my life leaving to live in Maidenhead after my marriage but returning after a divorce.I was married in St Mary Magdeline Church on the green where Tony Blair told the Media of Princess Diannas death. My son also married in this Church as he married a local girl.I ENJOYED VILLAGE LIFE and never settled in London.I dont drive so I can only say the public transport is no longer reliable as a pensioner they have given us bus passes but cut out a lot of bus services .Luckily most of the younger generation as this would be a problem in their working lives.jean
