Born 1946 - English writer and performer.

First collection Mind Your Own Business published in 1974. Other work includes You Canít Catch Me (1981), Donít Put Mustard in the Custard (1984) and Weíre Going On A Bear Hunt (1989). Many of his books illustrated by Quentin Blake. Received Signal Poetry award (1982) and Smarties Award (1989).
